Welcome to RN Express. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.Service Scope

RN Express provides domestic shipping and delivery services within the Arab Republic of Egypt and is committed to making every reasonable effort to ensure shipments are delivered on time.

2.Delivery Time

Standard delivery time ranges from 48 to 72 hours, and may be extended in cases of force majeure or deliveries to remote areas.

3.Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment details, including:

- Recipient name
- Full address
- Contact number

RN Express is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4.Shipping Fees & Payment

- Shipping rates are determined according to the company’s pricing policy
- Customers must settle shipping charges within the agreed payment period
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments, collected funds will be transferred according to the agreed settlement schedule

5.Returns

- Undelivered shipments will be returned according to company policy
- Return fees may apply depending on the shipment status
- Some return shipments may be free of charge if agreed in advance

6.Prohibited Shipments

RN Express does not accept shipments containing illegal or restricted items including but not limited to:

- Flammable materials
- Narcotics
- Weapons
- Hazardous substances
- Any items prohibited by Egyptian law

7.Tracking & Delivery

- The company provides shipment tracking services
- Shipments may be delivered to the recipient or any authorized person available at the delivery address

8.  Liability & Compensation

- RN Express is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging by the customer
- In case of loss or damage, compensation will be handled according to the company’s compensation policy and declared shipment value
- Maximum compensation limits may apply depending on shipment type

9.  Delays & Force Majeure

RN Express shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:

- Weather conditions
- Traffic accidents
- Government actions
- Public emergencies

10. Privacy & Data Protection

RN Express is committed to protecting customer information and will not share data with third parties except when necessary to provide the service.

11.  Amendments

RN Express reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
